Join us for Yoga Nidra guided meditation this Holiday season. Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation technique which helps promote deep relaxation. It is said that 30 minutes of Yoga NIdra is comparable to 3 hours of healthy sleep.
The practice of Yoga Nidra is done while resting on your back. The practitioner is guided through different body parts, sensations, and landscapes and is suitable for all levels. We will begin each class with some gentle breathing techniques which will help to settle our minds and prepare us for meditation.
